Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777szcom ("we", "us", "the Platform", "777szcom") governing your access to and use of the 777szcom website located at 777szcom.org and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features.

Account Registration

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by the platform.

777szcom reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777szcom platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the cashier page and is subject to change. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 777szcom account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of submission, subject to successful identity and payment verification. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification: 777szcom reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of ownership of the payment method used, or recent transaction records.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Funds credited to your account as a result of a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Currency: 777szcom does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PKR. Any attempt to transact in a foreign currency will be declined.

777szcom does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees imposed by your payment service provider — such as JazzCash or your bank — are outside the control of 777szcom and are borne entirely by you.

Bonuses & Promotions

777szcom offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly within each individual promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 777szcom platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without compensation.

Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
• Right to Withdraw: 777szcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already claimed a promotion and are actively meeting its requirements are not materially disadvantaged.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the 777szcom platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 777szcom are subject to the platform's acceptance at the time of placement. 777szcom reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been incorrectly priced due to a technical or human error.

• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. Delays in data feeds or connectivity issues may affect the availability of live markets. 777szcom accepts no liability for bets not registered due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant betting section of the platform. Winnings above the stated limit will be capped at the maximum payout figure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777szcom platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account for any individual person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777szcom shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business arising from technical interruptions, server outages, or connectivity failures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 777szcom, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777szcom from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
